Return & Exchange Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or
exchanges within 30 days of receipt.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Customized, final sale, or discounted items are not eligible for returns.
  • Any included packaging, certificates, or extras must be returned with the item.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Customer Support to request a return.
  2. A prepaid return label will be provided for eligible orders.
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back within 30 days.
  4. Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original
    payment method or store credit for exchanges. Please allow up to 7 business
    days for processing.

Additional Notes:

  • Returns must be shipped in protective packaging to prevent damage.
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please retain your tracking
    number.
  • Jewelry showing signs of wear, use, or alterations will not be accepted.

We warrant that all jewelry purchased from our website will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery and that the optical properties of the lab-grown diamonds will never fade or cloud over time.

Our diamonds and jewelry are manufactured to the highest standards and use the highest quality materials. Each item is carefully inspected at our factory and distribution facility before shipment.

We offer a Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty to all our customers, regardless of the price and type of item. The Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty is effective from the date of purchase, only for Necessities purchases, and it is non-transferable. Learn more.
